Terms of use

Updated October 25, 2026.

These terms cover your use of benehive.tech, the Benehive demo at groups.benehive.tech and the Benehive presentation (together, "the site"). The site is run by Benehive, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Benehive," "we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the site is

Benehive makes software for running a benefits business: a page for each company, a page for each employee, invoices, offers and waivers, tax forms and related paperwork. The site shows that software and lets you try a demo. It isn't a place to buy insurance, and it isn't an offer of insurance.

Who can use it

The site is for businesses and professionals, and you must be at least 18. If you use it for a company, you're telling us you can agree to these terms for that company.

The demo

The demo shows a made-up company with made-up people.

  • Don't type real personal information into it. That means no Social Security numbers, health information, bank details or anyone's real data.
  • You can sign in with any email and any password. We don't check them.
  • Sample forms, letters and documents in the demo are examples. They aren't for filing, signing or sending to anyone.
  • We can change, reset or shut off the demo at any time.

The presentation

The presentation is shared with people we choose. It's confidential. Don't share the link or what's in it without our written OK. We can take your access away at any time.

Not advice

The site is general information about our software. It isn't tax, legal, financial, benefits or insurance advice, and it doesn't create an advisor relationship. The rules for health plans, HRAs, the ACA and IRS reporting are complicated and change. Talk to your own attorney, tax professional or licensed insurance professional about your situation.

No promises about results

We don't promise that the software will make your business money, keep you in compliance or get any filing accepted. Nothing on the site is a guarantee, and the numbers in examples are examples.

Our content

The words, design, software, logo and name on the site belong to Benehive, LLC or the people who license them to us. You may view and print pages to evaluate Benehive for your own business. Please don't copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer or republish the site or the demo.

Other companies' names

Carrier, plan and company names on the site belong to their owners. They show what the software can handle. They don't mean that company works with, supports or endorses Benehive.

Using the site

Don't try to break the site, overload it or get into parts of it you aren't meant to, and don't use it for anything illegal.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or comments, we can use them without paying you or crediting you.

Links to other sites

Some links go to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them. A link isn't an endorsement.

Limits on our responsibility

The site and the demo are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Benehive isn't responsible for any loss, damage or cost that comes from using the site or relying on it, including indirect losses and lost profits. If a court decides we owe you something anyway, it won't be more than $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law lets them.

Customers

If you become a customer, a separate written agreement covers the service. If it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement wins.

The law that applies

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
